      How does the personalization work?

      You simply upload your child’s photo and enter their name. We transform their face, skin tone, and hairstyle into a beautifully illustrated version that appears throughout the story.

      What kind of photo should I upload?

      Choose a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting where your child’s face is fully visible. No filters or sunglasses. Please ensure their hair is down and not tied up, so we can accurately match their hairstyle in the illustrations. The better the photo, the better the final result.

      How long does it take to receive the book?

      The storybooks usually arrive within 5–12 business days depending on your location.

      Do you store my child’s photo?

      No. Your photo is used only to create the book and is automatically deleted from our system after 24 hours for privacy and safety.

      Can I choose between softcover and hardcover?

      Yes! You can select softcover or hardcover once you’re on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

      Will my child appear on every page?

      Yes - your child becomes the main character. Their illustrated face appears throughout the story while keeping the original art style.

      What age group are the books for?

      Our stories are ideal for ages 0–8, but older siblings and even parents often love them too.

      What if the photo I upload isn’t good enough?

      If your photo doesn’t meet quality requirements, we’ll contact you to request a new one before printing. We want your book to look perfect.

      Can I order multiple copies of the same book?

      What if I made a mistake with the name or details?
